By downloading or using the Sabai app and any related website (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Sabai needs no account, login, or sign-up. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use Sabai on devices you own or control. Please don’t reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its content.
Some features are offered as an auto-renewing subscription (Monthly, or Yearly with a free trial). Billing is handled entirely by Apple and charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited once a subscription is purchased. Prices may differ by region and may change over time.
Sabai keeps your progress, saved words, streak, and preferences on your device to give you a personalized experience. This data stays on your device — we don’t collect or store it on any server. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Sabai integrates with your device’s operating system through Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets and local reminders. We make reasonable efforts to keep these working well, but how often a widget refreshes and when a notification arrives depend on iOS background processes that are outside our control. We therefore can’t guarantee that widgets always update instantly or in the background.
Sabai is a learning aid. Translations and transliterations are provided “as is”, may be simplified for learners, and are not a substitute for professional language instruction.
We may suspend or limit access to the Service if these Terms are breached. You can stop using Sabai at any time by deleting the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabai and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of data, profits, or goodwill — arising from your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we’ll try to note it here in advance. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the new Terms.
